COE's team of project managers will coordinate the phasing of your project to make sure that you come in on time and within budget.

The project manager serves as a liaison between the client, manufacturers, designers, sales rep, service department and sub-contractors.  The project manager oversees the coordination and scheduling of orders, deliveries, installations and completion of projects.


Managing the project includes seeing that the following are done:
· Site measurements to ensure the accuracy of the floor plan and design specification prior to placement of the order. 
· Coordinating the product ship dates with the phasing and installation needs of the customer.
· Checking the accuracy of the shipment received against what was ordered.
· Communicating with the customer to identify special requirements and to schedule the installation. 
· Coordinating with the customer to identify special requirements and to schedule the installation.
· Coordinating with sub-contractors, if needed, to ensure enough help to get the job done within the requested time frame.
· Overseeing the smooth implementation of the project phases, accuracy and quality of the installation.
· Removal of debris and cleaning of furniture.
· A final walkthrough with the customer as the project is completed to identify any punch list itmes that need to be addressed.   
· Providing a punch list with an action plan and the estimated date off completion.
