Project Management COE's team of project managers will coordinate the phasing of your project to make sure that you come in on time and within budget. The project manager serves as a liaison between the client, manufacturers, designers, sales rep, service department and sub-contractors.  The project manager oversees the coordination and scheduling of orders, deliveries, installations and completion of projects. Managing the project includes seeing that the following are done: · Site measurements to ensure the accuracy of the floor plan and design specification prior to placement of the order.  · Coordinating the product ship dates with the phasing and installation needs of the customer. · Checking the accuracy of the shipment received against what was ordered. · Communicating with the customer to identify special requirements and to schedule the installation.  · Coordinating with the customer to identify special requirements and to schedule the installation. · Coordinating with sub-contractors, if needed, to ensure enough help to get the job done within the requested time frame. · Overseeing the smooth implementation of the project phases, accuracy and quality of the installation. · Removal of debris and cleaning of furniture. · A final walkthrough with the customer as the project is completed to identify any punch list itmes that need to be addressed.    · Providing a punch list with an action plan and the estimated date off completion.  39618C
